Q: How do I know which fabric is right for me?
A: The right fabric will depend primarily on personal taste, and where/how you will be using the fabric. First and foremost, you should choose a fabric that you like the look of, and that coordinates with your home’s interior or exterior design. Once you have a look in mind, you should attempt to find fabric that is made for use in the location in which you’ll be using it. For instance, you may choose to use a vinyl fabric if you’re adding upholstery to a dining stool, since it is easier to clean. Keep in mind that you can use virtually any type of fabric in any location, you should just be aware that some fabrics will last longer in some locations than others.
